Mosques in Istanbul, Turkey / Part 3

Here is a last post about my trip in Istanbul, Turkey beginning of july… A first drawing trying to catch the atmosphere of the street, a game of baggamon, houses built on the top of each other. Then a walk in the huge Gran bazar of Istanbul:  its 4.000 shops and 12.000 people working there daily. After that, I tried different ways to draw the mosques, so many, so beautiful… a great way to say goodbye at night  to Istanbul :  a fish and salad on the bank of the Bosporus, watching and drawing the mosque

Area where we staid : Beyoglu, european side
The Gran Bazar and its beautiful alleys

A hidden court yard in the Gran Bazar

Sultanahmet Camii, the Blue Mosque
Last night in Istanbul, a dinner on the bank of the Bosporus, a mosque every kilometer

Galata Bridge and the Yeni camii, the mosque Yeni
